Consult+ Virtual Health Care is like a doctor’s office in your pocket, offering you and your family members 24/7 virtual access to non-urgent medical care in available in English and French. Services are available at no cost to you from any location where you’re comfortable talking via phone call, video, or chat.

How to Access Consult+
You can access Consult+ services in the My Canada Life at Work member portal or using the Consult+ mobile app.
Whenever you use Consult+, make sure to have your Canada Life policy number (180654) and member ID on hand, which you can find on your Canada Life benefits card.
