Consult+ Virtual Health Care is like a doctor’s office in your pocket, offering you and your family members 24/7 virtual access to non-urgent medical care, with virtual services available in English and French. Consult+ is part of your group workplace benefits plan through Canada Life, available at no extra cost to all full-time and part-time Team Members.

Consult+ lets you talk virtually with doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals for non-urgent medical care. You can use the service from any location where you’re comfortable talking via phone call, video, or chat.

To start using Consult+, log in to My Canada Life at Work and follow the instructions to set up a virtual appointment. You can also use the Consult+ app.

Make sure you have your Canada Life group plan number and member ID ready when you want to use Consult+.
